Job Description

As the Front Office assistant at Desai Eye Care, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. You'll be a part of a warm, supportive team that values growth and professionalism, fostering a culture built on trust, respect, and teamwork. Your leadership will help streamline operations, improve patient experiences, and support our practice's commitment to excellence in eye care. Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our incredible front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences every day. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and overseeing patient flow. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every patient feels valued and respected. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. Train and mentor team members, encouraging professional growth and development within the practice.
Qualifications:
Experience in collaborating with a front office team in a healthcare setting. Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and staff. Proven track record of implementing efficient office policies and procedures. Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules and manage patient flow effectively. Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals, staff, and patients.
