Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help manage day-to-day administrative tasks and keep operations running smoothly. This position is focused heavily on filing, organization, task management, and handling miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable helping with a wide variety of small but important tasks. Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Scan, upload, sort, and archive documents Assist with general office organization and administrative support Run miscellaneous administrative tasks and errands as needed Track paperwork, invoices, receipts, and records Help maintain organized property and business files Coordinate basic communications with vendors, tenants, or contractors when needed Assist ownership/management with daily operational tasks Handle data entry and basic spreadsheet management Support special projects and other miscellaneous duties Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, email, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Good communication and follow-through Previous administrative or office experience preferred Ideal Candidate Enjoys organizing and creating structure Takes initiative without needing constant supervision Comfortable wearing many hats and helping wherever needed Looking for a long-term part-time opportunity with flexibility
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
