Job Description The Dartmouth Group is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant to support its condominium community near the downtown Boston, area.
Work schedule:
MWF, 7am - 3:30pm EST.
Daily responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors, guests, homes owners, vendors, and members of the board. Research and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email. Manage all communication to homeowners to include mass emails, written correspondence, letters, violation notices, forms, monthly newsletter, etc. Assemble Welcome Packets, Resale Packets, Board packets, etc. Assist in conducting routine property inspections and service evaluations, monitoring compliance of policy and procedures. Ensure Concierge Convenience inventory remains stocked with all inventory items if applicable. Replenish items as needed.

Order supplies as needed. Enter, update, and close out Work Order Tickets. Schedule and coordinate vendors onsite. Code and process invoices, assist with AP and AR functions. Monitor security cameras and devices. Other projects as requested.
Pay rate:
$25-$26 an hour. Requirements 2+ years of experience providing administrative, office support, and customer service. Proactive communication style with excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet time sensitive deadlines. Solutions driven and team oriented.
