Job Description

A global real estate firm is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Coordinator to support the Property Management Office at a Class A commercial property in Boston's Financial District. This is a 3+ month contract role, fully onsite, offering $26/hour, with a consistent Monday-Friday, 4-hour daily schedule (either 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM). Initial resumes will be submitted Wednesday morning. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and concierge for the Property Management Office and onsite event venue Deliver a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience for customers and visitors Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, supporting strong long-term relationships Assist with day-to-day operations of the Property Management Office Manage customer requests through the work order system and coordinate with building operations Support rent statement distribution and invoice processing Assist with onboarding new customers and scheduling contracted vendor services Maintain office files, directories, emergency contact lists, and certificates of insurance Distribute daily freight elevator and loading dock schedules Coordinate mail, overnight deliveries, and courier services Organize and restock office supplies and refreshments; assist with catering as needed Provide general administrative support, internal communications, and assist with special projects Candidate Qualifications At least one year of experience in commercial real estate or hospitality Bachelor's degree required Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Consistent focus on delivering high-quality customer service Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
