Description:
Historic New England seeks a part-time Program Assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations and programs at the new Historic New England Center at Historic New England Center for Preservation and Collections in Haverhill, MA. The Program Assistant welcomes visitors, provides information on exhibitions and programs, sells retail items and tickets, assists with daily museum operations including opening and closing the museum. The Program Assistant assists with program operations, including set-up and take-down of programs.
Qualifications:
Applicants should enjoy working with the public, have an interest in arts and culture, and have excellent communications skills. Experience in customer service is desirable. Requires strong computer skills including competency with CRM databases. Must be available Thursday-Sunday and have a flexible schedule. About the
