JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing student enrollment and records, maintaining confidential files, and supporting daily office operations as well as processing student withdrawals and transfers, updating attendance and state reporting systems, coordinating records with other schools, and communicating with families and staff about student information. The role also serves as the front office contact for visitors, calls, and mail, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion.
