Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Rep / Administrative Assistant to support our pest control operations. This role is the backbone of our office — keeping schedules running, customers informed, and technicians on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything moving, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pest control services, pricing, and treatment options Schedule and dispatch service appointments for residential and commercial clients Coordinate technician daily routes and adjust schedules as needed Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and rebook recurring treatments Process new service agreements, renewals, and cancellations Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as appropriate Maintain accurate customer and account records in the CRM/scheduling software Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and service reports Post service orders and payments, process credit cards and ACH payments. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, fax) Order and track office and field supplies inventory Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience Experience in pest control, home services, or field service industry preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with scheduling/dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, PestPac, FieldRoutes) a plus Strong phone presence and communication skills Strong accounting and posting skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
