Job Description:

Admin Assistant Contract On-site Lawrence, MA 25-30/hr

Must Haves:

2+ years relevant experience Strong excel skills

Preferred:

Visio software ERP Direct logistics/DC experience Degree Detail-oriented Temporary Logistics Administrative Associate to support day-to-day logistics and operations. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for logistics teams
• Work with the team to consolidate paperwork packs for export shipments
• Update Excel files with new and adjusted information - related to shipments
• Follow up on carrier bookings
• Assist in the creation of training and support manuals Skills & Experience
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Experience with logistics or ERP/WMS systems is a plus but not essential Key Attributes
• Reliable and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
