In this position, you will support our Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day service tasks, assist clients with policy servicing needs, and help keep operations running smoothly. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support throughout your career journey. If you are not currently licensed, we will help guide you through the licensing process and provide the tools needed for success. Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, carriers, and team members. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and apply personal lines insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, and processing procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
