Office Assistant

Westfield manufacturing company currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Order entry and managing pending orders and handling bills of lading. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

8am-4:30pm Monday through
