Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 About the Opportunity A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Administrative Assistant to support a busy Litigation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting attorneys in a fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with state and federal court e-filing , exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys in a legal environment Experience with state and federal court e-filing procedures Strong understanding of legal terminology , court rules, and filing requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, and Outlook Flexibility for occasional overtime as needed Key Job Functions Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents , pleadings, correspondence, and filings Manage electronic court filings in state and federal courts accurately and efficiently Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, deadlines, and travel arrangements Handle client communication and serve as a professional point of contact Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and records management processes Support billing , time entry, expense reporting, and matter intake procedures Conduct preliminary conflict checks for new matters Assist with workflow coordination and administrative support across the litigation team Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Take the Next Step!
