Part-time Receptionist Location:
1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Work Hours:
15-20 hours per week
Pay Range:
$20 - $22 per hour Make the Right Connection—Build Your Career with Dixon! The Dixon Group is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our team in Chestertown, MD! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and courteously. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has strong communication skills.

What You'll Do:
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally using our switchboard system Greet and assist visitors and staff at the front desk Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed Handle mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area Perform other administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!
