Job Description
We're searching for a diligent Administrative Assistant to provide support for our amazing office of agents! You'll be responsible for responding to all questions and concerns in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital media. Salary:

Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Order office equipment and supplies as needed Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Provide support on data management, documentation, and presentation preparation. Help agents set up and prepare for closing appointments.Qualifications:
2 years of office/customer service experience preferred. Positive attitude with a solutions-focused and energetic demeanor. Strong commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and top-tier customer service. Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Professional appearance and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal etiquette and customer service skills.
