Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized. Assist with organizing and filing office documents. Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks. Entering vendor invoices and bills on a weekly basis. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed. Assisting our project coordinator with putting sample packages together and shipping them out. Act as a personal assistant to senior staff when required, facilitating communication and task completion. Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in office software applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
