Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. In this long-term contract role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and distributing information as needed.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update organizational records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to optimize team efficiency.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for administrative tasks.
  • Provide receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with real estate leasing tasks, including document preparation and communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
