" Administrative Assistant II As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support to both Managers and Supervisors.

Contracts / Subcontracts / Change Order. Set up new contracts/subcontracts using accounting software. Processing Purchasing Cards. Answer calls when the calls are returned to the operator. Scheduling drug testing for new employees. Setting up new employees in accounting software. Print Certified Payrolls weekly for signature. New Hires / Arrange interviews for local supervisors. Issuing CDL paperwork for new drivers. Schedule CDL testing. Issuing Safety Equipment / Supplies / Reorder as required. Preconstruction paperwork. Scheduling company events. Additional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work well with all team members. Highly organized, flexible, and dependable. Ability to use general office equipment. Good Attendance is required. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in an office support role, with human resource experience preferable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.License & Certifications:
Driver License Preferred but not required.Travel Requirements:
