Job Description

Our Christian nonprofit association client is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help advance our mission. This individual will provide administrative support to staff, assist with communications, coordinate schedules and events, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to serving others in a faith-based environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing correspondenceMaintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents as neededSupport planning and logistics for meetings, events, and ministry activitiesMaintain office supplies and assist with vendor coordinationHelp manage donor records, databases, and confidential filesAssist with internal and external communications, including newsletters and mailingsWelcome visitors and represent the organization with professionalism and Christian hospitalityPerform other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission
