Administrative Assistant

Competitive salary of $50,000 annually. Affordable premium healthcare benefits (currently Harvard Pilgrim Gold) with only a $1,500 deductible. Retirement plan with a 3% company match. Paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and all bank holidays

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize multiple real estate transactions and deadlines Communicate consistently with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and cooperating brokers Schedule and coordinate appointments related to transactions Maintain accurate, well-organized files and records Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:
