Office Clerk Full-Time Monday-Friday Schedule Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. This position provides essential administrative support to multiple departments and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and working in a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner File and maintain resident and administrative records Order, track, and maintain office supply inventory Monitor employee licenses, certifications, and continuing education records Prepare, organize, and mail letters, notices, and other correspondence Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management Provide clerical support to various departments Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Liaison with IT to troubleshoot computer issues Perform other office duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and telephone skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, (for eligible employees) Paid time off Retirement plan options Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on residents, families, and staff
Schedule:
