Job Description

About the Role We are a growing RE/MAX brokerage in Allegan, Michigan looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and dependable Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our entire office and growing team of agents. Our office currently includes 8 agents and is on track to grow to 20 agents over the next two years. This role is the operational backbone of our brokerage and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and takes initiative to "see a need and fill a need." Key Responsibilities Transaction coordination support from contract to close Listing input and MLS data entry Agent support and daily administrative assistance CRM/database management and organization Marketing and social media support Recruiting support and coordination Basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping Front office support and general office organization Communication with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor Self-starter who can work independently Team player with a servant-hearted mindset Calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, social media platforms preferred Experience with Dotloop, MLS systems, or CRM tools is a plus (training available) Preferred Experience Administrative or office experience preferred Real estate experience a plus, but not required Entry-level candidates welcome if highly motivated and trainable Compensation & Benefits $17-$25/hour based on experience Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Paid holidays Paid vacation time Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brokerage Why Join Us This is a growth-oriented role in a brokerage that is actively expanding.
