This role is primarily focused on on-site leadership, coaching, staff development, and program quality improvement to ensure safe, engaging, and consistent programming across all locations. This is a highly active, field-based leadership position requiring frequent presence in programs, real-time coaching, and strong relationship-building with staff, families, and school district partners. Must meet eligibility requirements for LARA School-Age Program Administrator Responsibilities include: Maintain a strong daily on-site presence across multiple program locations Provide real-time coaching, modeling, and feedback to staff in classrooms and activity spaces Observe staff practice and lead reflective coaching conversations to support development Build staff capacity through hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development Strengthen program culture through consistent visibility, support, and leadership Ensure high-quality, engaging programming across all sites Manage staffing schedules and absences providing coverage as needed Support planning of enrichment activities that promote student choice, creativity, and well-being Ensure active supervision of all students and program spaces at all times Maintain consistent program expectations and behavior support systems Serve as a key contact for parent communication, concerns, and program updates Build strong, positive relationships with families to support satisfaction and retention Respond promptly and professionally to staff needs and family inquiries and concerns Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a calm, solution-focused manner Support enrollment, registration, and attendance systems across sites Assist with billing and invoicing as needed Communicate clearly with families regarding registration, policies, and programming Monitor enrollment trends and support program growth and retention Maintain accurate program records and documentation Build strong relationships with building administrators and district staff Support recruitment and outreach efforts to grow program participation Ensure compliance with Michigan child care licensing (LARA) requirements, district policies, and Great Start to Quality Standards Maintain required documentation including emergency forms, attendance, and incident reports Support safety procedures, drills, and emergency preparedness Participate in licensing visits and follow-up action plans Provide flexible, on-site support across all program locations as needed Support full-day and half-day programming on district calendar days Maintain availability for early morning through 6:00 p.m. program support and on-call needs Perform other duties as assigned

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
