Job Description

About us TurnKey Network Solutions is a privately held telecommunications contractor specializing in the engineering, installation, and maintenance of local and long haul telecommunications networks, facilities, and equipment. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant who can work well in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. The ideal candidate is well organized, efficient, ambitious and has strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed data entry, analyzing results, preparing and distributing reports, assisting senior administrators. Main Tasks Transfer numerical data that is on our prints into excel spreadsheets that are already set up. Enter new job information and completion dates into access database that is already created. Monitor operation notification of new jobs and Miss Dig. Create new subcontract ledgers within Viewpoint software (ERP) on forms that are already created, email to customer and update form when returned. Compare planned data with actual construction input and investigate discrepancies. Correcting concerns within a set of given guidelines or escalating the issue when needed. Run already created reports out of Viewpoint (ERP/MRP) based on a requested list for regular and maintenance work invoicing. Prepare, expedite and maintain change orders/purchase orders within existing process guidelines. As training is complete and time permits, other clerk tasks will be added. Software Microsoft Office Outlook Email Windows Operating System, work within multiple drives. MUST be fluent on a computer. Microsoft Office Excel, data entry into pre-existing spreadsheets, look ups, search within book, filters/tables, MUST be fluent in excel. Microsoft Office Access, data entry into pre-existing forms/databases, look ups, filters, if they are really good in excel- we can teach use of access, but access use knowledge would be very helpful. Viewpoint, our ERP software. Run reports that are already created. -can train
