JOB OBJECTIVE

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Teaching & Learning Department. This role supports program coordination, communication, financial tracking, data management, and customer service for internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, families, and community partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required Associate's degree in business administration, office management, or related field is preferred At least one (1) year of relevant administrative or office experience is required Proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid Michigan Driver's License
