PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
About the Role Berardi+Partners is seeking an entry-level Part-Time Administrative Assistant to welcome visitors, answer calls, and support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced front desk environment and is proficient with Microsoft 365. Job Description:
Entry-Level Part-Time Receptionist
    Location:
    1398 Goodale Blvd. / Columbus, Ohio 43212
      Hours:
      Part-time; 11:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Thursday), 8:00am-2:00pm (every other Friday), Applicants scheduled to work on Friday will receive one weekday off (Monday-Thursday) during the same week.
        Compensation:
        Starting hourly wage $20.00-$24.00/hr, commensurate with experience
          Opportunities:
          On-the-job training and growth potential within the administrative/office support track Key Responsibilities
          • Answer and screen incoming phone calls; take messages and route as needed
          • Greet visitors, sign-in guests, and maintain a courteous, professional front desk presence
          • Assist staff with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, mail distribution, courier coordination)
          • Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and manage basic office supplies
          • Help with light data entry and document creation in Microsoft Word and Excel; manage scheduling and communications in Outlook
          • Manage calendars, respond to emails, and support basic administrative workflows Qualifications & Skills
          • Entry-level candidates welcome; High School Diploma or Equivalent
          • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn additional software
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
          • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information discreetly
