McCauley Commons in Detroit, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role (20 hours a week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors. Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and records. Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings. Support property management staff with administrative tasks as needed. Monitor inventory and order office supplies as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
