Part-Time Office Assistant Mathews Family Landscaping & Concrete - Flat Rock, MI Mathews Family Landscaping & Concrete is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time in the future for the right person. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Schedule estimates and service appointments Respond to customer emails and messages Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable Maintain customer records and job information Support day-to-day office operations Work closely with management to keep the office running smoothly Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Good computer and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional attitude and appearance Prior office or customer service experience is preferred but not required Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Yardbook, or similar software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential Schedule Part-time Approximately 16-30 hours per week Flexible hours Potential opportunity for full-time employment Pay $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience About Us Mathews Family Landscaping & Concrete is a family-owned company serving Downriver and Southeast Michigan. We provide landscaping, irrigation, fertilization, lawn maintenance, concrete, drainage, and snow removal services.
