Position Summary:

The Summer School Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the summer school program. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors Maintain student attendance records and assist with enrollment and registration processes Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence Support summer school staff with scheduling, materials, and general administrative needs Handle filing, data entry, and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality Assist with student inquiries and direct concerns to appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Prior administrative or school office experience preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, (specific Fridays off will be communicated). Middle School/High School 8:00a. � 2:30p. Elementary 8:00a. � 2:00p. Compensation - $25/hr. Email To A Friend Print Version
