Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Recall Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in patient retention. In this energetic role, you will manage recall systems to ensure patients due or overdue for cleanings and exams are scheduled. You will also assist with the scheduling of new patients. Your proactive approach will help foster positive patient relationships and streamline clinic operations. Core Responsibilities
  • Manage patient recall systems using Eaglesoft dental practice management software to schedule follow-up appointments efficiently.
  • Keep the hygiene schedule filled and productive by filling openings and addressing short-notice cancellations.
  • Regularly run actionable recall reports
  • Review and update dental records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, or in writing to remind them of upcoming appointments and gather necessary information for scheduling.
  • Assist with insurance verification
  • Support office operations by assisting with incoming calls, scheduling recall and new patient appointments, and providing excellent patient service with professional phone etiquette. Skills
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental practice management software is highly preferred.
  • Experience with dental records, insurance verification, and dental administrative support.
  • Proficient computer skills including typing.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance with privacy standards while handling sensitive patient information.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
