Housing Programs & Services Coordinator

Immediate Opening:

Ludington area based not for profit organization seeking qualified applicants with construction knowledge and experience to assist in the management of housing programs for low-income residents of Mason, Manistee, Lake and Newaygo counties; and to ensure the continuity of Head Start transportation services and safe facilities. Good management, record keeping, written/verbal communication skills, people skills, and advanced computer skills required. Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Primary duties include:

Oversight of client service, inspectors and contractors, program compliance, job tracking and reporting, data entry in statewide system; procurement, coordination and general oversight of vehicles and facilities.
