Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, strategic-thinking professional to join our team as a Front Office Telephone Screener / Administrative Assistant. This role serves as the voice and first impression of our company. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales process by handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction. This position also works closely with our accounting and finance team to assist with data entry in QuickBooks and our CRM system. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Screen and qualify inbound leads
  • Schedule appointments and route calls efficiently
  • Conduct post-completion courtesy calls to gather customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in QuickBooks and CRM systems
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
  • Communicate with sales, production, and office teams
  • Represent the company professionally on every interaction Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google products
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge required
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
