Work Coordinator

These are contract roles through Magnit for Consumers Energy and we are looking to hire 8 resources to work fully onsite in the following locations:

Saginaw, Flint, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Bay City, Muskegon,Northern Shores and Cadillac, Responsibilities:

Tasks may include: typing, filing, data entry, verifying quality of work, scheduling, preparing forms, reports, operating a variety of office equipment, using a personal computer to enter and retrieve information to compile various routine reports/orders as well as utilize various computer software programs. Site check scheduling and reporting Crew equipment alignment and tracking Maintenance of fleet PM dates and down list On-call and overtime assignment tracking and reporting Work packet generation and maintenance Scheduling training, CDL exams, boom maintenance, hotels, etc. Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements:

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Complex integration of conflicting calendar priorities and planning for many attendees at times Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience tracking, maintaining and reporting on various inventories Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills 3-5 years' experience in specialized/functional area/discipline

Education:

Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $19.29-25.71/hr
