Sales Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist Sales staff with greeting customer and providing customer service. Assist the Sales Manager by providing sales and delivery backup. Assist with the maintenance and appearance of the lot and inventory. Must be dependable, enjoy working with the public, have good communication skills, and be computer literate. Be the first point of contact for customer disputes and concerns. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing; including title transfers and procurement. Maintain customer records, using manual and automated systems. Comply with state and federal laws for vehicle sales and financing. Other administrative duties as assigned to conduct business.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. 2+ years' experience in administrative and customer service roles. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record to drive Company cars as needed. Full-time availability during Car City store hours with a few later nights on Mondays/Wednesdays until 8pm and Saturday availability. Flexible to work overtime as needed. Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. Exceptional interpersonal communication including verbal, written, and phone skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to prepare customer paperwork as needed using basic math and administrative skills. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality. Ability to maintain high levels of multi-tasking in an organized and detailed manner. Self-motivated, team player with a high degree of problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Physical Demands:
ability to sit for extended periods of time and walk throughout the store and car lot as needed.
