Job Description

Site Coordinator
POSITION PROFILE
Accountable for daily operations of training center snack shack. Job Duties and Responsibilities �
  • Assist with package p ick up, stocking inside the office, managing inventory such as swag, restocking snack shack. �
  • Assist trainers with room set up, swag placement and prep, running extension cords, oversee facilities and room set up request. �
  • Communication with Training coordinators. �
  • Learning MyBuy, Swag store, service zone. �
  • Basic computer skills: emai l , office systems, word, excel.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Requires:
  • High school or GED is required �
  • Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required �
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Outlook, TEAMs, excel KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities �
  • Tactical thought processing �
  • Moderate Problem-Solving Skills �
  • Basic Customer Service skills �
  • Basic Written and Verbal Communication skill Working Conditions, MENTAL a
ND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level �
  • Some physical effort required. Work may be sedentary, but does require walking, standing, �
  • bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that could weigh up to 50 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). �
  • regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
