Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible hours, part-time administrative role with opportunity for growth? Look no further! Fence Brothers LLC is a growing, family-owned fencing company built on quality work, strong communication, and doing things the right way. We are looking for a dependable, organized professional to help support and improve our office operations.
Location:
Winona, MN Pay:
$20- 25 per hour (based on previous experience)
Schedule:
20-30 hours per week | Flexible weekday hours | Onsite Only Job duties include, but are not limited to: Process invoices and customer payments using QuickBooks Prepare estimates, proposals, and customer documents using Microsoft Office Suite Manage emails, scheduling, and customer follow-up Enter customer and job data into company systems Organize files, paperwork, and office workflows Assist ownership with day-to-day administrative tasks Identify process improvements and help implement better systems All other duties as assigned Qualifications preferred: 2-3 years previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or office management preferred Strong experience with QuickBooks is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work well independently or with a team.
