Job Description

Work Schedule:
Part Time with occasional event support hours as needed.
Job Summary :
The Administrative Assistant at Litchfield Visitors Bureau and The Chamber Serving the Meeker County Area plays a crucial role in representing the Visitors Bureau and providing administrative support to ensure the efficiency of daily operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, organization skills, customer service as well as the ability to multitask efficiently.
Technology Proficiency:
  • Utilize Microsoft Office application, QuickBooks Online, GrowthZone, Constant Contact, Canva and others
  • Stay updated on relevant technology and tools for administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management :
  • Receive all in-person and remote inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Proccess daily mail accordingly with maintenance of Quickbooks and GrowthZone software
Event Support :
  • Assist in the planning, preparation of event materials, coordination of logistics, and staffing during LVB and Chamber events.
Communication :
  • Assist in managing the LVB and Chamber's publicity via e-mail and social media.
Administrative Assistance :
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and various committees.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks Online, and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
