Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and managing administrative tasks with precision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily office operations Maintain accurate records, invoices, and paperwork Support the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Assist with coordinating shipments, deliveries, or seasonal logistics as needed Requirements Detail-oriented Multitasker — You can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball Strong communicator — Clear, professional, and friendly in person, on the phone, and in writing High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace a plus) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay On-the-job training — no experience necessary Supportive team environment About Us Our roots come right out of a small garage in Central Minnesota. In 2020 Throwback was founded by (myself) Kyle after my Film & Photo business ran dry due to the Covid shutdown. Determined to remain self employed I began a new venture of creating swimbaits. Very quickly this became a new addiction of mine and I was dead set on creating a business around it. Thanks to my wife Nicholette and my mom Linda for being my first employees, we were able to build something special. Fast forward to 2022 I brought on two of my best friends Doug & Billy as business partners, and it's been pedal to the metal ever since.
