Job Description We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to provide high-level administrative support to an AVP within a fast-paced, high-visibility area of the business. This role will act as a key point of contact for a field sales team and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.   • High School diploma (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership (Director/AVP level or higher)
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks accurately
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization required
  • Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex administrative support to an AVP and broader team
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume, complex calendar, including scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel as needed for leadership and field teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for field team inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and communications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Anticipate needs, proactively manage schedules, and help drive projects forward
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support cross-functional coordination within a large, matrixed organization
  • Maintain compliance with all internal quality and operational standards
