Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant role at Precision is a key member of the team and will be the liaison between the administrative office and field operations. This position will perform a wide range of administrative office and support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This role requires the ability to exercise independent judgement as it pertains to operations and client interaction in alignment with organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Handle office reception with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude Provide outstanding administrative support to all functions Assist with HR projects, including but not limited to process and policy creation, company communications, and working with the Strategic Business Unit to implement Human Resource processes Assist Sales with client communications, scheduling and confirming appointments Preparation of project packets and communication with project manager and account manager on service ticket items and material load deliveries. Process invoices, receive payments, enter billings through Quickbooks Maintain client records in our CRM and Estimating programs and direct incoming leads to appropriate departments Assist Account and Project Manager with paperwork and prepare application records as needed Strive for continuous personal improvement through training and growth with the company Manage an organized work area in a neat, clean, and organized manner Maintain professional relationships with owners and team members Perform other duties as assigned
CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive: Strong written and verbal communication skills, clearly communicating by phone or in-person with clients Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Proactive approach to problem solving, and process improvement Successfully maintain a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities Ability to thrive in an environment of change and growth Outstanding organizational skills Ability to think individually as well as collaboratively when approaching job responsibilities Basic understanding of bookkeeping functions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (Preferred) Minimum of 2 years of Office Administration experience (Preferred) Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
