Description:

Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a building secretary (main office support, clerical class E) at Falcon Heights Elementary School. This position is 8 hours per day, 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. and follows a 215-day work calendar. Responsibilities include supporting the building principal, generating and updating building documents and processes, addressing staff needs, payroll, budgets, staffing and assisting as needed. This position starts July 1, 2026.

Qualifications:

Experience in office administrative support; Strong skills in organization and record keeping; Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work requests; Strong communication and customer service skills; Experience with Microsoft Office, ParentSquare, Frontline, Synergy, Skyward and Google Drive applications; High school diploma required, college degree preferred; and Some clerical experience preferred.

Compensation:

Starting salary range is $19.12 - $23.15 per hour, plus a district contribution towards health and dental insurance.
