Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Manage filing systems, organize documents, and ensure timely retrieval of information Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Ordering supplies Bank deposits Cleaning Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency and organization Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Knowledge of filing systems, document management, and office procedures Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally and courteously Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining accuracy Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents can shine!
