JOB DESCRIPTION
Regions Hospital is seeking someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This position is full time, Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays! The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to the Hospital Care Management department across multiple hospital sites. This role directly supports the System Director, as well as multiple managers and supervisors, serving as a central coordination point, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, and workflow management for leaders and teams. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, budget and financial tracking, overseeing department ordering and supply management, coordinating meetings and projects, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting department and system wide-initiatives. The Senior Administrative Assistant acts as a key liaison between hospital sites, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, multi-hospital environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 hours no weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred. Two-year Administrative Assistant Degree or Certificate Hospital/healthcare experience preferred
