Job Location:

This position is an unclassified non-benefit eligible position, assisting the Director of Treatment Services. Responsibilities - What you'll do Provide administrative support to the Director of Treatment Services and Director of Nursing by setting up meetings, coordinating schedules, and managing office operations. Assist in coordinating committee meetings (Treatment Council, Program Director Meeting, Team Leader Meeting, Treatment Strategic Planning, etc.), taking minutes at meetings, and providing copies and resources to committee members. Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Keep supervisor informed of the progress of assignments. Meet deadlines as assigned. Accept responsibility for all assigned tasks. Seek out, accept, and act upon feedback. Provide information in a friendly, respectful, and helpful manner. Communicate effectively with others. Demonstrate diplomacy and tact when communicating with others both verbally and in writing (including email). Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed). Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
