The Construction Project Administrator will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, General Contractors, and Owners to keep documentation, billing, and contract compliance on track. This is a full-time, on-site position paying $60,000 to $75,000 per year.   • Construction Project Administrator Maintain project files, drawing logs, submittal registers, and document control systems including ASIs, bulletins, shop drawings, and Certificates of Insurance Prepare and submit monthly progress billings, pay applications, lien waivers, and sworn statements; enter data into third-party billing platforms and maintain supporting file records Track project costs, budgets, schedules of values, and change order documentation; assist with monthly job costing reviews to identify billing or cost discrepancies Coordinate communication between field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, General Contractors, and Owners on active paving projects Compile warranties, final closeout documents, and turnover packages; build out digital and physical project files through completion Qualifications•Construction Project Administrator Experience in construction billing, accounts receivable, progress billings, lien waivers, or pay application processing Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment Proficiency with construction project management or billing software platforms preferred Knowledge of change order processing, submittal tracking, and contract documentation standards preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives Preferred Qualifications•Construction Project Coordinator Prior experience in heavy civil, paving, site work, or public works construction administration Familiarity with AIA billing documents, sworn statements, or GC billing portals Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field Physical Requirements•Construction Project Administrator Primarily office-based, on-site at company location in the Greater Kansas City Area Extended periods of seated desk work with computer use required Occasional visits to active job sites; closed-toe shoes and appropriate PPE may be required Standard business hours; minimal travel expected #LP
