Job Description
We are looking for a highly capable project admin to provide our project team with administrativee support. As a Project Admin, you support the project team by managing contracts, licenses, waivers, payments, schedules, deliveries and other duties related to the project. Your duties will also include reviewing budgets and preparing reports. To be successful as a project admin, you should possess experience in accounting and the ability to provide project manager with accurate information.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate job set up and organization with Project Management team. Set up approved subcontracts and purchase orders and review for accuracy. Manage subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract, including items such as bonds, insurance, waivers, billing accuracy, etc. Prepare and submit all required lien waivers for project, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Generate and accurately process monthly General ConstructionG702/703
requisition billing in a timely manner. Investigate any unbilled project costs. Maintain financial project files. Provide project requested information to external parties. Coordinate and assist with project specific audits. Assist with any additional assignments upon request of accounting supervisor or project management team Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenses Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments Gather and submit close-out documents for projectRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field recommended
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related role
- Proficiency in electronic accounting and project management systems (Quick Books and ProCore)
- Extensive experience in project progress invoicing and billing
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual

Job Type:
