is a fast-paced, family-run manufacturer of lightning protection components. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a versatile role that combines administrative support with office coordination. Job Summary This position will support both sales and project management teams while ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing quotes and project files, performing clerical tasks, and serving as a liaison between departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Enter and maintain quotes, sales orders, and project documentation Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading Support office management in various tasks Use QuickBooks for basic accounting functions Operate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Keep project statuses updated Research and input data from construction plan rooms Track project opportunities and coordinate with contractors and architects Submit documentation for component approvals Support office management in various administrative tasks Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong clerical and organizational skills Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable adapting to new tasks and responsibilities Experience with phone systems and document collaboration tools
