Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities File annual income taxes Manage desk duties, greeting callers and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route messages efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks and bookkeeping. Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries, assisting with client needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting overall office organization. Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets, and basic computer literacy. Experience with bookkeeping software is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management. Personal assistant or office management background is desirable for supporting executive needs. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise while contributing positively to our team's success. Must be able to work Monday•Friday 8AM•5PM and provide 3 references.
Pay:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour
