Job Description

Service Operations Coordinator Archway Technology LLC - Kansas City, MO Archway Technology LLC is a growing commercial low voltage integration company specializing in fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, and integrated security systems. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Service Operations Coordinator to help build and manage our expanding service department. This is not a basic dispatch or receptionist position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys building systems and processes, and wants to play a key role in the growth of a professional trades organization. You will work directly with company leadership to help develop the operational structure, workflows, and standards for a scalable service department. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily service calls, inspections, and technician assignments Communicate professionally with commercial customers, contractors, and vendors Manage work order flow from scheduling through completion and billing Assist with development of SOPs, service workflows, and operational systems Track open service tickets, pending quotes, inspections, and customer follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and inspection reports Help improve efficiency, communication, and technician utilization Support implementation and organization of service software and internal processes Assist leadership with reporting, KPI tracking, and department organization Help create a high-accountability, professional service culture Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving priorities without losing attention to detail Professional and confident customer communication Strong computer and software skills Ability to problem-solve and think operationally Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability Experience coordinating service operations, construction operations, field service, dispatching, or project administration preferred Experience in HVAC, electrical, low voltage, construction, facilities service, or related trades is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: enjoys creating order from chaos takes pride in building efficient systems communicates professionally under pressure can grow alongside a rapidly expanding company wants to be part of building something long-term This position has significant growth potential as our service department expands.
