Job Description

A busy real estate team in our Keller Williams St. Joseph office is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant with a primary focus on transaction coordination. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, on-time closings and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Transaction Coordination Manage contracts from execution through closing Track deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and cooperating brokers Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Submit files for brokerage compliance Administrative Support Maintain CRM and client databases Manage scheduling and calendars Organize digital files and transaction records Assist with listing coordination and general office support Qualifications Real estate transaction coordination experience preferred Strong attention to detail and deadline management Excellent communication skills Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Real estate license a plus (not required) To apply, please submit your resume and a brief summary of relevant experience.
