Under the direct supervision of the school principal, the administrative intern will be responsible for the general administration, supervision, and curriculum improvement activities assigned and work cooperatively with teachers, staff, and students to carry out the goals of the school.QUALIFICATIONS
Missouri Principal Certification Secondary Education Classroom experience (minimum 4 years) Master's degree in education with emphasis in education administration Demonstrated leadership in the areas of:- Instructional excellence

- Participatory management
- Strong communication skills
- Parental involvement
- Creating a caring school climate
- Technology development
- Strategic planning and school improvement
