Job Description

Looking for a personal assistant to help with car dealership and real estate business.
Duties include:
Showing properties to potential renters Handling tenant inquiries and concerns Posting properties online Light maintenance (Furnace filters, light bulbs, etc) Taking and posting pictures of cars online Answering incoming calls at dealership This is a part time/full time position at 30-40 hours per week. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission. Flexible hours. No Sundays or holidays. Perfect for someone in college or working around a child's school hours.
